The Food Lab
New amenities at The Food Lab welcome members and guests including a fully redesigned coffee bar (Grounds Control), marketplace (The Market), food truck on The Food Lab patio (The Local Grind), and a Tex-Mex inspired pop-up available this summer.
The Market features a variety of individually packaged freshly prepared grab-and-go salads, sandwiches, hot entrees and snacks for a convenient, versatile and contactless shopping experience.
Grounds Control, the fully remodeled modern coffee bar, offers a selection of espresso drinks and on-tap offerings highlighting local and regional roasters alongside a selection of all-day pastries and pressed sandwiches.
The Local Grind food truck, available on The Food Lab patio, features a rotating selection of offerings including burgers, sides and beverages highlighting classic flavors and craveable offerings.
The Tex-Mex inspired pop-up features design-your-own burritos or tortilla-less bowls.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a picnic from Independence Cue, located in Independence Plaza, featuring Texas BBQ sandwiches, housemade sides and beverages.
Formerly known as Zero-G and launching in late 2021, The Food Lab will be a renovated eatery experience, providing an elevated, mission-driven hospitality journey to visitors. Additional details will be revealed at a later date.
