HOUSTON, (February, 9 2023) – Space Center Houston’s Moon 2 Mars Festival, presented by Wellby Financial, returns for its second year this spring break, Saturday, March 11 through Monday, March 20, 2023.
The 2023 Moon 2 Mars Festival celebrates NASA’s Artemis program that will land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon, using innovative technologies to build a permanent presence on the lunar surface. During the festival, guests can enjoy live entertainment, experience cutting-edge space technology with Lockheed Martin virtual reality experts, meet and greet opportunities with astronauts and loads of fun at the THINK Neurology Future Astronaut Training Grounds Kid’s Zone.
Live performances kick-off on Thursday, March 16, through Sunday, March 19. Alternative rock band Sister Hazel “All For You” takes the stage on Friday, March 17, and Grammy award winner Rick Springfield “Jessie’s Girl” on Saturday, March 18. Austin-based Selena tribute band, Bidi Bidi Banda caps off the weekend on Sunday, March 19.
On Monday, March 20 Space Center Houston will bring together luminaries, leaders and experts in the space industry for a day of collaboration, community, keynote presentations and expert talks.

Tickets for Moon 2 Mars are on sale now at spacecenter.org, and access to the festival is included in general admission. Additionally, guests can save up to 10% off with the early bird ticket pricing ending February 28.
